Kerry is a General Practice Pharmacist and Diabetes Educator who works closely with our GPs and nurses to support the safe and effective use of medications.
If you have any questions or concerns about your medications, please speak to reception about making an appointment with Kerry. Please note that Kerry does not prescribe or issue prescriptions.
As a Diabetes Educator, Kerry can also provide education, support and practical advice to help you manage your diabetes.
For patients whose English is not their primary language we are able to book a free interpreter to assist with your communication at your appointment, please inform reception when booking.

Due to risk of misinterpretation, we do not encourage the use of children, relatives or friends as interpreters for sensitive and complicated medical situations.
To be eligible for GP telehealth services, patients must have had a face-to-face consultation with their GP (or another GP in the same practice) in the 12 months before the telephone service. There are some limited exceptions. Fees may also apply. Please speak to our receptionist to see if a telephone consult is right for your medical needs.
MyMedicare allows you to build a stronger relationship with your GP.
You can now register with MyMedicare. This can be done by logging into the myGov site and navigating to MyMedicare > Register for MyMedicare.
From there, you can select Third Avenue Surgery as your designated practice or you can register at the reception desk during your next visit to the clinic. Alternately, you can use this QR code to register.
