How do I protect myself from Coronavirus?

World Health Organisation’s (WHO) standard recommendations are:

1. Frequently CLEAN HANDS thoroughly with soap and water or by using alcohol-based hand rub. Avoid touching your face unless you have cleaned your hands.
2. When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – throw the tissue away immediately and wash your hands.
3. Avoid close contact with anyone who has a fever and cough.
4. Seek early medical help if you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing.
